The Process
- Grind: Medium-fine, like sea salt
- Ratio: 1:16 coffee to water (e.g., 20g coffee to 320g water)
- Temperature: 195-205°F (90-96°C)
- Bloom: Pour 2x the coffee weight in water, wait 30-45s
- Pour: Slow, circular motions in stages
- Total time: 2:30-3:30 minutes
